Entrepreneurial Spirit Caters to Bear Clientele **
June 9, 2010 (Minneapolis, MN) – Twin Cities’ company, Hi-BearNation, is a gay owned and operated T-shirt design firm that offers a creative outlet for Bears and their admirers while supporting a bear-related non-profit. For each T-shirt sold, 10% of the profit is donated to the Idaho Black Bear Rehab, Inc. (IBBR) (http://www.bearrehab.org), a charity that rehabilitates orphaned black bear cubs into the wild. Recently launching their product line via the Internet, Hi-BearNation offers its clients eight (8) clever and humorous T-shirt designs that promote the Bear lifestyle and all things related to bears. As new designs are developed, older ones will be retired. By offering limited designs in a wide range of sizes (S thru 5XL), the owners of Hi-BearNation hopes to corner this niche market. Hi-BearNation is the brainchild of Grandpa-George creators, Matthew Luken, Douglas Brull and Derrin Evers. Utilizing their design and marketing moxie, the creators developed their designs in-house and have been utilizing guerrilla-marketing tactics to market their product. By attending various Bear events across North America, Hi-BearNation has nearly tripled their fan base over the past month.
